Heartwarming experience!
Had a lovely stay here! The front desk staff were super friendly, especially Mr Bala, who made us feel right at home. The suite was really spacious and comfy, perfect for my family recovering from surgery. Being connected to the mall was a lifesaver for quick meals. The only bummer was the dining options felt a bit repetitive after a few days.

Had a great stay with friends! We enjoyed visiting the express avenue mall and exploring nearby attractions. The hotel staff were super helpful and the place was clean and tidy. It’s a perfect spot for a group vacation with easy access to transport and shops.
The only downside was a small incident where the receptionist didn't inform us about the balance at check-in, which caused a bit of confusion.
